# The Effort Phase

Once you’ve found a vision that provides motivational fuel and a practice that clicks, it’s time to engage in dedicated practice (i.e. just f\*ing do it). This doesn’t actually need to be hard. If we lay the proper ground work, as we’ve been doing, the habit of practice can come pretty easily. That said, there are always going to be times when it isn’t easy, and it’s important that we continue to show up anyway. That’s how the habit is developed.

Depending on the persistency of the patterns you are seeking to change, things will unwind at different speeds. That said, maintaining a consistent effort, and sticking with a single approach that really speaks to your deeper motivation for seeking, will invariably lead you toward breakthrough.
