# Guided Meditation

A classical form, in which a teacher offers out-loud & real-time guidance based on their own depths of meditative experience.

In a Buddhist Geeks Guided Meditation, everyone is always invited to follow the instructions, or if they don’t find them helpful, to let go of them and direct their own practice.
